2. Important Note Regarding Lost or Destroyed Links
Please note that our support team has zero technical ability to recover, unlock, or resend a link that has already been opened, revoked, or expired. Because ReaDelete uses client-side AES-256-GCM encryption and stores ciphertexts solely in volatile RAM until first read, no copies or backups exist on our servers.
3. Reporting Malicious Links
If you received a ReaDelete link that you suspect is being used for phishing or violates our Terms of Service, you can immediately neutralize it simply by not sharing it—or send the full URL (without the # hash) to abuse@readelete.com so we can purge the RAM slot if it is still unread.
